Refund Policy

1. General Rules

At JM Tutorials, we strictly adhere to a clear and transparent refund policy. Once enrollment is confirmed and classes have commenced, all fees paid towards any course or batch are generally considered non-refundable.

2. Batch Cancellations

In the rare event that JM Tutorials cancels a scheduled course or batch prior to its commencement date, all enrolled students will be issued a full 100% refund of any advance fees paid.

3. Missed Classes or Dropouts

We do not offer partial or full refunds for students who choose to leave mid-term, drop out for personal reasons, or miss any scheduled classes. We encourage prospective students to attend our demo classes before committing to enrollment.

4. Processing Refunds

Any approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
