By accessing our website and utilizing our tutoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

JM Tutorials provides educational coaching and tutoring services for students from 5th to 12th standard, primarily focusing on subjects like Mathematics and Physics.

3. Enrollment and Fees

• Enrollment in our batches is subject to availability.
• Fees for our courses and batches must be paid in advance or as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.
• Fees are strictly non-refundable once the batch begins, except at the sole discretion of the management under exceptional circumstances.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for students who choose to leave mid-term or miss classes. In the event that JM Tutorials cancels a scheduled course or batch before it begins, a full refund of any advance fees paid will be issued.

5. Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain proper discipline and respect towards teachers and peers. Disciplinary action or dismissal from the batch may result from repeated misbehavior, without a fee refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Any study materials, notes, or related documents provided by JM Tutorials are for the personal use of enrolled students and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vasai / Mumbai, Maharashtra.
